A company-wide rebrand — from strategy and naming to rollout.
Chatbotize was gearing up to raise, with a product ready to scale and a brand that hadn't kept up. Visually and narratively, the company looked smaller than it really was.
Build a coherent brand ready for investor conversations and international markets — with a new name and a system rooted in strategy, not taste.
I started with strategy: positioning, value proposition, brand point of view. The name grew out of interviews with the CEO — "Zowie," an archaic exclamation of amazement, redefined as a turning point in customer service. I took ownership of the whole thing: choosing the designer, overseeing the logo, visual system and first website, and coordinating the creative team.
Investors grasp the brand's ambition in the market, its edge over rivals, and the upside no one has priced in yet. Soon after launch, Zowie landed its first investor and a pre-seed round to build out the product.
A short call and a concrete idea for your first move.
